Two Problems WordPress Doesn't Solve

If you produce serious content with WordPress, sooner or later you face the same problem: hundreds of drafts have accumulated, and publishing them one by one takes hours. Or comments stayed open on old posts and the spam load keeps growing. WordPress's default UI does not handle either of these at real bulk scale.

PostSeal solves both problems from a single panel — permanently.

Bulk Publishing: Batch Operation Architecture

PostSeal's most critical technical feature is its batch operation architecture. Standard WordPress bulk operations hit server timeouts on large sites. A script trying to publish 500 posts in one shot gets cut off at 30–60 seconds and the operation halts mid-way.

PostSeal solves this by processing posts in groups of 20. Each group completes before the next one starts. Server timeout risk disappears. A real-time progress bar shows how many posts have been processed and how many are still pending. You don't need to refresh the page — the operation continues in the background.

Comment Locking: Reversible Architecture

The comment locking feature bulk-disables "Allow comments" and "Allow trackbacks" on every post. It also updates the site-wide WordPress default comment settings.

An important detail: PostSeal backs up your existing settings to the database before locking. When you click "Unlock All Comments", PostSeal reads from this backup and restores each post to its original state. No data is permanently deleted.

Security: ISO 27001 A.12.1.2 Change Approval Control

PostSeal enforces a typed confirmation mechanism before critical operations. To start an operation that changes the status of hundreds of posts, you must type "PUBLISH" or "LOCK" and confirm. This is the implementation of ISO 27001 control A.12.1.2 — change management in operating procedures.

In addition, a 30-second undo window opens after the publishing operation begins. You can stop the operation within this window. Once the window closes, the batch operation continues. This mechanism provides a second layer of safety against accidentally triggered bulk operations.

ContentForge Integration

PostSeal works naturally with ContentForge AI. ContentForge enriches your existing posts with AI assistance and saves the result as a draft. PostSeal then bulk-publishes those drafts. By using the two plugins together, you can automate the entire enrichment-and-publication pipeline for thousands of posts.

Installation

You can install PostSeal from the WordPress admin panel via Plugins → Add New. After purchase, download the ZIP file and upload it. After activation, a PostSeal tab appears in the side menu. The Operations tab is ready with Publish All Drafts and Lock Comments & Trackbacks options.
