Frequently asked questions.
How can I purchase the plugins?
You can purchase via Shopier in Turkish Lira. The Shopier button on each plugin page takes you directly to the purchase page. A USD payment alternative through Payoneer is planned for international users.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued through D Plus Anatolia. After purchase, send your invoice request to satis@wp-tr.com.tr. Personal or corporate invoices are available.
What is the refund policy?
As digital products, no refunds are offered after purchase. For this reason, please send any questions to satis@wp-tr.com.tr before purchase. We are happy to provide detailed information, demos, and answers to your questions in advance.
How does the license work?
Every plugin is purchased with a one-time payment. There is no annual subscription. The plugin you purchase is yours forever and all updates are included. One license per site; you need a separate license to use the same plugin on multiple sites.
Is it ISO 27001 certified?
The plugins are built to ISO 27001:2022 with an independent compliance report prepared for each. Formal ISO certification is an enterprise process that requires commercial scale and is planned for a later phase.
Are the plugins compatible with each other?
Yes. The Suite is designed to work as a unit. For example, SafeStep and Hidden Door together protect login security with two independent layers. Content enriched with ContentForge can be bulk-published with PostSeal. FeedControl and IP-Fence share a whitelist database.

Yes. Contact satis@wp-tr.com.tr for English and Turkish support. P1 critical issues receive a 4-hour response commitment; other issues follow P2–P4 SLA tiers.
Which WordPress versions does it support?
All plugins work with WordPress 5.8 and above, PHP 7.4 and above. They are optimized for PHP 8.0+. We do not guarantee operation on older PHP versions — we recommend running the latest PHP version for security reasons.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@getmedia.com.tr. Do not open a public GitHub issue or forum post. All security reports are handled in confidence and prioritized by CVSS. CVSS 9.0+ critical vulnerabilities receive a 24-hour response and patch commitment.
Are the plugins available in Turkish?
The plugin admin interface is in English. Documentation, support, and sales are offered in Turkish through wp-tr.com.tr. The English admin interface is a deliberate choice — these are products built for the global market.
